What documents should I prepare for admission? What test results are required?

Documents required from foreign students to study in Türkiye are as follows

Bachelor‘s degree documents:

  • Certificate or reference: Since diplomas (certificates) are not issued on time in many secondary education institutions or schools, it is enough for our students to bring a document showing that they have studied in the last year/class.
  • Transcript is a document that shows the grades and grade point average of all your classes during your studies. This document must be completed by the responsible person at your school in the format we have provided and submitted to our company. The document must be filled in Turkish or English fonts. The document must be completely filled out by computer, printed and only stamped and signed by the school principal.
  • Foreign passport: The document must be translated into Turkish. If you do not have a passport yet, you can apply with an ID card. Do not forget that you will be required to have a passport at the time of registration.
  • Exam: Exam results such as YOS, TYS, TOEFL, SAT are required according to the respective programs.
  • Photo: You must submit 4 photos in 3×4 and 4 photos in 4.5×6 format.
  • Power of Attorney: If the student is under 18 years of age, a power of attorney signed by both parents must be submitted.
  • Sponsorship Paper (Someone must submit an application to the notary stating that they will cover all your education expenses during the period of your study, this can be your father, mother or another person. This document is necessary in some cases, if necessary, our specialists will inform you)
  • Certificate of equivalence: You can get your certificate by submitting it to the Baku Türkiye Education Council.

Master‘s degree documents:

  • Diploma or reference – If you have not yet received your diploma to apply, you will be required to bring proof of your final year of study.
  • Transcript – It is a document that shows the grades and grade point average of all your classes during your studies. Many universities provide this document as a diploma supplement. But what you need to pay attention to is that the overall average is at the end of the document.
  • Foreign passport – The document must be translated into Turkish. If you do not have a passport yet, you can apply with an ID card. Do not forget that you will be required to have a passport at the time of registration.
  • Exam – Exam results such as ALES, YDS, TYS, GMAT, GRE are required according to the respective programs.
  • Photo – you must submit 4 photos in 3×4 and 4 photos in 4.5×6 format.
  • It is desirable to have a CV in Europass format.
  • Reference letter (reference letter) – a document that you will receive from the teacher of the subject in which you obtained a high score, who is your closest relationship at the university (see the document)
  • Motivation letter (motivation letter) – A letter that shows that your life experience, the knowledge you have gained from your general studies are properly related to the program you are applying for. Remember, this letter is a document that shows that you will be the most ideal candidate in the field you are applying for!

Doctoral level documents:
